Oh yes, because retired leader clearly required SO much work. You have absolutely no clue how much work goes into both those areas. Just because you're under the impression that it's a piece of cake, just shows how blind you can be. With those two areas, you can guarantee that you'll dedicate well over 8 hours a week. Usually closer to 2 hours a day on average. Don't judge something by just what you see because you're seeing the tip of the iceberg when it comes to those two ranks.

He's talking about when he was programming leader.

Also, I addressed why more were added in the first post.

I meant it like that old saying, "Why make 32 flavors when you can't get vanilla right?". I just think you should've at least post-poned any type of promos until you guys discuss the current issue with the mods and stuff.

I'm just curious, why are people worried at the thought of too many moderators.
I mean, it can't hurt us in any way could it? I don't see any negatives to it. ninja.gif

They're scared the staff orgy will get to big and spill out onto the public boards.

Cause if you already discussed it, that would imply that this is your solution...besides SL closed hawk's thread today and brought it to the staff.

You've totally misunderstood. We discussed, the idea of promoting leader to mods. And then it was announced.

We are not discussing whether or not to demote the new mods. We are discussing the issue of what content we should and should not allow.

Ya I know I'm just saying you coulda held it off the promos until you finished discussing that.

I was the one that moved the thread to the staff area. Shadow just followed up and posted what happened to it so people didn't wonder. wink.gif

Also, we want them to participate in the discussion so they know full well what is acceptable and what isn't as they helped to develop the new policies. So far the discussion is making progress though so hopefully we can fix the issues that we are having. smile.gif

Thut's because it's my first mod act ^.^ I shall try to be as consistent as possible <3. Not that the other mods don't try their best too of course, I'm starting understand that it's very hard to be consistent with something that's so opinionated.

You don't quite understand. I would have left it were it not for the comment Hawk made earlier that was invisibilised. As far as I'm concerned, if that had to be removed from this topic, so did your talking. Consistency sucks I'm afraid.

I wasn't trying to jump on your back actually. I just don't like you. And it's not my fault it's 1 Am. It's also not my fault that you can't simply use FF and look for the red squiggly lines.

rolleyes.gif People are not perfect, and Lee doesn't like being corrected. It isn't a big deal, and it was completely understandable by someone smarter than a fifth grader.

Want to go back through all of Voltron's posts and correct all of his mistakes?

Lee, shut up. Voltron, there is a point beyond which grammar and spelling correction is not merely unnecessary, but annoying. You approach it. Bad grammar and incorrect spelling are not against the rules. Pointing it out like a grammar nazi and being offensive about it borders on being against the rules. No warns, but learn the limits.

This is the internet! These people aren't real! They're all googlebots!
