What did i miss.. 18k for a lab piece wtf?!

That was probably the one handed out by Tarla. I could be wrong though.

But that's good for me because I don't have access to the secret laboratory . I have the NPs for it but I don't want to spend 780k on the whole map.. x.x

Yes its very hard to buy separate...you just need to have patience, it will be a great idea to use the neoboards to aid you aswell.

and it should raise the possibility of getting a lab map piece as random event. (it worked for me) Its just like a daily lol

Why would they freeze you, all you have to do is post in the trading post section what piece you need? thats how you can buy separate.
