Pet/Petpet Colour Simulator:
Description: This project is pretty much described in its name but this will allow you to enter in your pet's species and the color you
want it to be and it will show you how your pet will look. Multipainting is being worked on so that you will also be able to view this.
For those who don't know, multipainting is where when you paint your pet one color and then change it, you recieve clothes from that
paintbrush. So for example, your pet could be painted mutant with royal clothes on. This makes the sim a little bit more complicated
but progress is being made.
Progress: Just begun. Some collection of data has been done to get the base colors, but the problem of how to deal with multi-painting
hasn't been properly solved. Basic features have been discussed.
Battledome Simulator:
Description: This sim will allow you to enter in your pet's information and you will be able to simulate a battle with one of the
one-player opponents. This will hopefully be an accurate representation of whether or not you will win the battle. This project will
take alot of work due to the large number of weapons needed to be put in the sim.
Progress: In the data collecting stage. Features of the sim have been discussed, and a basic model has been decided on, with complex
features to be added later once basic model is working. Currently all team members are collecting data for boosts, weapons, armours and
challengers.
Alerts Page:
Description: This tool will give you updates on events going on in the site. For example: snowager sleeping, timely avatars available,
turmaculus awake, and other things that you could possibly miss or forget to check out.
Progress: This tool just needs completing by the tech member. All data relating to the broad range of alerts has been gathered and
images have been collected and will be re-hosted. There is some difficulty with who can create all the alerts as some are easier than
others.
Custom Dailies Pages:
Description: This will give you links to common activities on neopets and the normal dailies that you can go to compiled into one area. This
will allow quick access to the games and activities that you normally play. You can customize this list so that you only see what you want to see.
Progress: The majority of links have been collected and categorised, with just the general games section to be done. Associated images
have been collected for those links and re-hosted. Discussion as to how the tool will be made is in works.
Avatar Section:
Description: This area will be similar to the existing avatar section, except that there won't be discussion, and large categories won't be split. This section will have the information on how to get an avatar, with links, guides and any relevant info so that you can improve your avatar collection.
Progress: This tool is ready to go as the information exists already. The Neopet Tool Area needs to be created before migrating the information
to the area.
New and Upcoming Projects:
Sponsor Click Page: This will be an updated list of current sponsor links and legit ways to get them along with a list that you can use for those programs that are so helpful.
Plot and Event page: This is just a page that will have guides on current plots and the Altador Plot with star finder.
