Wow that was amazing. The sounds, especially the shells, were in sync with the music almost throughout the whole vid. But I guess that's most likely to happen since the guy spent 6 months on it.

I think it's a rom hack or he used a program or something of the sort. A few of the comments mentioned something called "Automatic Mario", so maybe that's it? xD

Automatic probably just refers to the fact that Mario moves automatically without any input through the entire level.
