I piss random people off, it makes me happy.

Bit immature, but I admit I'm guilty of it once in awhile tongue.gif

If i have a bad day i usually just work out HARD. Sometimes I'll prep myself by watching a vid of Forrest Griffin or Sean Sherk training and then go wear myself out.

Either that, or if i'm feeling lazy i'll Pick up an instrument and start playing. usually Guitar as a first choice.

Meh, I deal with bad days pretty easy. I have some kind of method of deep thinking where I can change my mood pretty fast.

I... don't know how I deal with bad days. I don't think I do, really. I wasn't a smoker until around six months ago. Now that I don't hate the sight of cigarettes, its too easy to go and smoke one to calm down. Its stupid, really. I haven't been dealing well with depressed mood swings, or anger, or even happiness. Not because of the cigarettes, just because my system is acting really weird right now. Ugh.

I talk to someone who always makes me feel better. Doesn't matter if it's about my day or not. It works regardless of the topic smile.gif

When I am at work, (I work as a Cashier at a supermarket) I have a sort of rule that all male customers I get, I try to do them quicker than others. It's not a sex or race thing, just a pushing the boundry's a little bit, Since the customers arnt constantly male's I get a little brake in between, and making sure i dont take notice of the time otherwise it goes way to slow. It tricks my mind into thinking Im making time go faster not looking at the time etc. When work is finished I get home and I feel like shit so I have dinner. Then I just think about what i want to look forward to tommorow. As long as I have something to look forward to tommorow, I wont feel like tommorow is going to be a shit day.

It's my own little ritual that I get into the habit of.

After completely stopping for about 3 months (I smoked everyday about half a pack) I smoked a cigarette yesterday, and it was just completely gross. I tried dip for like the 5th time yesterday, and it is still probably the worst and most disgusting form of tobacco out...

If it's a work related bad day. just take a cigarette break. if it's a at home stress... twist up a fatty and zone out to something (music,tv,game) normally works.

    Extremely understandable...

I put myself into sensory deprivation, and blast myself with trance music until I zone out. Way out.

If I have a bad day, I prefer to be left alone and stay home.
To keep my mind off, I would watch chinese drama series untill I'm tired and off to bed.

I've realized lately that music can be very beneficial to anyone who's having a bad day. Instead of going to the park and playing ball like I used to all the time, I just throw a CD or two in my Bose system and crank it for a bit. Laying down and listening to music is a huge help.
