I haven't slept in 37 hours because my poison ivy is keeping me awake. I finally fell asleep this morning at 3AM, only to get a text at 3:30. I stayed up from then till now, went to a dermatologist appointment for poison ivy, packed for camp, and went to a horrible night of work. tongue.gif What fun.

How do you guys cope with a bad day of work, school, life in general tongue.gif

Personally I come home, turn on my AC, take a nice hot shower, then go into my room alone and listen to some calm music, or maybe some techno because it gets me in the mood to go out tongue.gif If I decide not to go out I go downstairs, eat, and play video games once my family is asleep xD

Theres always one friend that cheers me up even if i dont feel like talking or seeing anyone. I always end up talking or hanging out with that one person. That always makes me forget about what made me mad or upset or anything like that.

Other than that just going to my room, closing the door and listening to my ipod for an hour or two always helps me a little.

Yeahh i know how that feels. Even sometimes my best friend just annoys the shit out of me and i dont want to be around anyone, but somehow i always(most of the time) end up being cheering up by someone.

Sometimes when i have a really bad day, going to the gym and working out and running helps me alot. Gives me time to think and just relax. Relieve some stress.

Very true. I'm an avid runner, and I've become so accustomed to running I guess I don't pay attention to its soothing effects as much as I should.

Yeppp. There was a few mornings a few weeks ago where i just woke up in a bad mood and then shit just went downhill. That whole day was horrible.

The next morning I woke up at like 5 in the morning and went running on the beach for close to 5 or 6 miles. I felt so much better after that. It relieved so much tension and stuff. Running and working out has got to be the best way to improve a bad day.

I usually just go to my room (even tho i don't have a room now since i'm living alone in a bachelor apartment), and lie on my bed for a few moments until I feel better lol (and while doing that, i usually take a nap xD)

unless I'm pressured with time (like right now), so... i supposedly should be doing work lol

Throw myself into violin practise, go play squash or sleep. Basically the only things I can do when I'm a bad mood of any sort.

Take a run to the park, play some basketball with guys that like to talk trash. Take some anger out.

    Then I feel good =]

If it's at school, I go punch a fat kid named Eric (lol) who pisses me off.
    Go figure.

I'm not really the type to hit someone, but seriously he just annoys the shit outta me

    I've had three Rockstars today.
    And 6 cups of coffee.

Normally i would be more awake then i'm right now, but i also took 2 Benadryl, so that is bringing me down a little bit. sad.gif But i'm usually hyper throughout the day. Went to go get some stuff today, but the people I was going to buy it from just bascially sat around for an hour with my money in their pocket. Tey think if you pay them and they get something for you that they should get to do it with you... Fuck that. tongue.gif

I'm on catabolic steroids, and have cream for it from the doctor. Not helping much tongue.gif

Energy drinks are an interesting approach.

That's why you go through someone you know well. Someone you know won't try to hold out on you or do that.

Call me up next time. Haha.

i go to the zoo! it's only a two-minute walk from my apartment and there's no entrance fee and some of the animals even walk around the park freely and come to you for food. it's so awesome. i can just stay there for one or two hours and go home completely refreshed.

unless the weather sucks ): then i just stay home and take a nap or something.
