Post your computer stats. Post them like how I post mine:

Processor: AMD 6400+ Black Edition 3.72 GHz (original clock at 3.2 GHz, overclocked to 3.7)
Hard Drive: 480 GB (One 320GB one 160 GB, all SATA2)
RAM: 4 * 2GB Dual Channel (8GB Total) [Mushkin Xtreme Performance]
Power Supply/PSU: OCZ 700W
Motherboard: AMD 780G chipset
Video Card: HIS Radeon 3870 X2 1GB (Engine clock OC'd to 850)
Custom Built/Bought Pre-Made: Custom Built

Did some recent upgrades to my PC. Got a new fan for my Intel killing 6400 BE and got a new 3870 X2 that shits on nVidia (shutup nVidia fan boys). Bought a new OCZ 700W . Got four 2 GB Mushkin Xtreme Performance kits. Got a 320GB SATA2 Hard drive to go with my 160.

I call it the ULTIMATE INTEL BASHER!!

You could've got an AMD X2 5000+ 2.6 GHz for $80 (same price as your e2160), you should look into AMD, they have gerat CPUs with great prices... Did you custom build your computer?

I've built computers before. AMD is a excellent brand, but Intel processors are not bad.

AMD fanboy. tongue.gif Intel kicks AMD's ass right now.

Intel E8400 @ 3.3 ghz because I'm too lazy to overclock more.
DFI Bloodiron P35-T2RL Mobo
Evga 8800GT
2x2 GB G.Skill RAM, DDR2 1000 I think
2x250 GB Seagate Barracudas 7200.10 in RAID 0
And Vista Home Premium 64 bit.

Fun rig, big upgrade from my old P4 with a 6200. wink.gif I can play recent games now. I just wish I had waited two weeks and picked up a 4850 for about $30 more than what I payed for the 8800GT. sad.gif

Yeah, well what makes you think that? AMD owns way more of the computer industry than Intel (*cough* ATI *cough*). AMD has a partnership with Microsoft... Get updated. AMD = Cheaper, better. Intel = Costly,Still trying to make their way to the top
If anything AMD's beating the shit out of Intel, AMDs taking explosive diahhrea all over Intel

And my AMD makes your Intel look like a scrap

Benchies?

Oh, and Intel, from a CPU standpoint, I think holds the majority... and guess who makes a shitload of onboard video cards? tongue.gif

Yes because walmart owns half the world that means they produce better swim gear then pac sun?

Benchmarks are what matter. AMD is still behind in the CPU market. A bit a head in the GPU right now though I think.

Performance wise, ATI kicks ass in the GPU department. But I'm pretty sure my 8400 is better than his AMD, even with the lower clock on mine.

Yo Lebsta, benchmark using this at 1M
http://www.overclock...0-super-pi.html

With a CPU-Z tab open showing your processor info. Take a SS when it is done. I want to see who wins, since your AMD is so much better.

Here is mine. If I wanted, I could easily overclock this more and lower the time. I'm just interested in how you do. wink.gif

Intel is completely dominating AMD right now, and with Nehalem coming out soon from Intel, the domination will continue

Seems to me like he does a lot of mix-and-match, from whatever he can scavenge off ebay. tongue.gif He also helped a bit with my rig, suggesting the Bloodiron. Works fine for me. wink.gif

Nah Ebay is pretty bad nowadays, the supply is too low for the demand, so items usually end up ending for near-retail prices sad.gif.

AMD doesnot make motherboards to go along with their chips as far as I know.. Intel motherboards get along very well with Intel chips .. Now dont tell me that gigabyte motherboards are better than Intel's. 6751ov8.png
