How could somebody do something like that? And nobody tried to stop him. I am disappointed in humanity.

Yeah I read about that today, pretty disturbing that these kind of things can happen for absolutely no reason to anybody. 1we8.gif

That's fucked up... And as for no one tried to stop him part, to be honest, I wouldn't even attempt to come near him if he had a big ass knife in his hand when he is clearly out of his mind.

I think it was too late for somebody to stop him to be honest...it was 1am, they wouldn't have known what was going on until it was too late.

I agree with freakout on that point. Someone with a knife stabbing someone, i might be hesitant to react especially without something to defend myself with.

Canada doesn't have the death penalty does it? Aren't they one of those countries which refuses to extradite a person unless they're sure they won't face the death penalty in that country too?

Maybe the knifeman was American? They haven't released his identity yet so it's possible...that would be ironic.

Incredibly. I almost hope that it is an American so I can have a good laugh. It would be even better if he were a Chicago native.

Man, after this I guess I lost my will to live at Canada any time of my life wacko.gif
How can someone do something like that? At random? Was he after the man he killed for some time? Maybe he was chasing the guy before he went into the bus...

This is one of those stuff I can't understand why it's possible to happen...

Nice Nox, i didn't realize it was in Canada, always hear about its a non violence country. But i mean you can go anywhere in the world, theres violence. I wonder if there was a reason he did it, i mean why would someone do it in a bus like that. O well its sick and like people said he needs to get the death penalty regardless of the laws there.

Oh gosh that was so disturbing to read. It was like reading a horror fiction - a very summarized horror fiction. I didn't know about this! Maybe because I don't watch the news or read the newspaper like I use to... I'd hate to be one of the passengers on the bus because that's one helluva nightmare! I hope everyone is at least a little calmed down after some counseling from that horrific event. How crazy!

O.o wow... that's really messed up in like every way. And yeh, it does suck that no1 tried to help out or anything... i mean maybe they wouldn't have beaten him 1 on 1 cuz he had a knife.... but the dude would have been clearly outnumbered 1we8.gif

    dude... that's messed up.

i can't say i would've pwn'd that dude, but i would've at least tried to step in. i usually carry only a small pocket knife with me, but that with combatives training can do a world of hurt. that's just not right. man, people suck.

Im not aware of Canadians rights but this is a perfect example of people not protecting themselves or others.
If you want a safe seat, sit next to me. Im carryin a BFG and if i need to defend myself or someone else being attacked by Rambo im putting 15 holes in him.
