If you want to apply for private, simply create a topic in This Forum with your name as the title. Please give the staff a minute to change the permission masks; it won't be open because I say it is
Requirements:
To apply for Private Membership you will need to have been a member of NeoCodex for a minimum of 3 months.
You must also have a minimum of 3 posts per day.
If you do not meet these requirements, your topic will be closed and you will most likely be disqualified from private for four months. Exceptions can be made by contacting the Private Leader (thats me) by PM. An exception does not guarantee admittance into private, only the chance to be voted on.
The Process:
In a few days time (most likely around the 5th) the forum will be closed to applications. At this point, all Private Members will discuss how awesome or not awesome the applicants are. After that voting will begin, around the 8th. Given a few days for voting and tabulation, results should be out by the 14th or 15th. We use the Private application process because we're (surprise surprise) somewhat democratic in awarding ranks at NeoCodex. All Non-Staff positions at Codex are awarded based on opinion polls, not monetary donations or administrator approval. We hope this process is fair to all concerned.
