I'm still unfrozen. I think the last program I used was the uh *game sender* thing months ago--the first one.

Neo freezes all the accounts or at least a certain part of their staff does every 2 weeks. That doesnt mean they dont do it inbetween, but if they are detected by their computers to be frozen, unless it's a big offense like MSABing or flash game trophies they will freeze on one day, that's why everybody is getting frozen on one day, it's just what happens when you may or may not have touched a program. on SD this happened as well, this is not some vendetta against codex
