That's reserved for people who JUST want to come here, post porn, nothing else and so they'll get a ban. Established members get a little bit more leeway depending on the context.

Not really. If people just post something a bit inappropriate then they'll get warned, if they post clearly pornographic images, they'll be warned to like 50%. If they continue, they get another 50% and thus banned.
