Nothing too outstanding. Was able to make it on the h.s. basketball team for the junior year. But didn't grow tall enough to make it for the senior year. Ran cross and track sprints up till gr.8. When I got too high school I didn't have time to go to the ~1-2 hour after school cross practices and got smoked by black guys on track sprints. tongue.gif

Play basketball, tennis and soccer casually every now and then.

Eat about 3,000 calories of day and be sure to get about 55% of that protein, the other 45% sets being of unsaturated fats and carbohydrates (mostly mixed and split evenly between fat and carbs, complex carbs prefered). Consume two to three protein shakes a day. Sleep lots. Make your body feel like it's gonna die if it doesn't get that extra muscle in there.

Nutrition wise, I would eat about six meals a day, usually something like

Meal One - 10 Egg whites
Meal Two - Tuna with Wild Rice and a whole grain tortilla (about 3-4 cans)
Meal Three - Natural peanut butter with oatmeal
Meal Four - A big ass protein shake (72 grams or so)
    Meal Five - Salmon
Meal Six - More egg whites and salad with lots of low GI carbohydrates to get yourself to some quality sleep.

Ahh hard to eat that much, seems I have a little appetite :\ I do have 2 shakes a day, 65g each one I believe. I eat peanut butter every night to get another 20-30 grams, meat sandwiches for lunch. Don't eat eggs often tongue.gif I'll try adding that for breakfast

Yeah it's like racquetball but slightly different. I think the point system is the biggest difference but I've only played squash before so I'm not sure.

Ooh I've never played that, but I've seen others playing it at my local YMCA tongue.gif Looks fun/scary

I used to play Netball for my School/Town/County, I was very good at the high jump and long distance running and the long jump and shotput and discus and short distance running too though, I was one of those all rounder type folks tongue.gif. I just never pursued any of it really.
