WarmMachine Long Island Experimental/Modern Day Grunge

"Dude, I've never seen anyone bleed like that from playing guitar." - Justin Static

So, I'm bored and I was wondering if you guys would take a listen to my band, WarmMachine. It's like Grunge, Experiemental, sample-driven noisecore. All of us play every instrument so there is no set guitarist, drummer, bass player, or synth player. I play guitar for the first 3 songs, and drums on all the other tracks on our cd. Lemme know what you guys think!

Thank you.

Hey, I just listened to one song...whichever one started playing first and I was pretty impressed with the music...but the singing I feel could be more singing (I don't know if it was just like that in this one track I listened too) I think it would be great with some growls in there...*shrugs* not too bad though. lol.

mmmmm.... in all honesty, i do like it, but unless you're content with staying underground, there's a few things i would change.

as a musician myself i would suggest more diversity within your own territory.

what i mean by that is, most of the songs are good, but sound the same. over-use of sampled vocals, and the guitar riffs all sound/feel the same.

these songs would be perfect for an art film though. possibly about propaganda, but they wear on, and don't really have much "song" quality to them. there's not real verses, or choruses... or structure. 1we8.gif

sounds like jams that were recorded.

on the plus side, i do very much like the energy you guys have, if you could just direct it a little better. do you guys do all the composing, arranging yourself? where do you record?

    Yeah.

Some of the older bands from back in the day still have the rocker feel but most of it is shit.
