i think i has one.... My head feels like its going to explode, my stomach hurts, etc

How about you go to bed instead of spamming spoilers here

Stomach bugs have no cure all besides rest, fluids, and very light gradual re-entry into a normal diet.

Well i went to sleep early last night and just got back from the doctor. He confirmed i have stomach bug and i cant eat greasy/spicy foods (awww but thats my favorite kind!) and said to take it easy... Like i dont normally do that anyway
