I don't doubt that people will plan it, however, I don't think anyone will have the balls to follow through or if they do I think it's highly unlikely that the plan will be allowed to go through. I have faith in our security. I mean after all people didn't assasinate Bush even though there were people who talked about it on the internet that people should (which is a dumbfuck thing to do imo). With the amount of people who hated/hate Bush one would have thought he would have gotten killed, but he hasn't. People grumble but they're not dumb enough to do something so horrible. At least... one would hope.

Have you ever met the guy?
I have.
Not so much of a cockroach. I could go out of my way and say you are more "cockroachy".
Honestly, it's awesome your so into politics, and you are very smart. But Jesus, put it to better use than constantly being negative and almost ignorant on an internet forum.
Oh you're absolutely right, I should look at it more optimistically when the presidential candidate of the largest superpower in the world has a chuckle and sings a tune about blowing my country of birth to bits taking and with it slaughtering all my family. I'm very illogical for not thinking of it that way, thanks. It's a wonder how I'm even able to type this with all that negativity blocking my vision and all.
Dumbass.

Dumbass.

To be fair, everyone says stupid shit occasionally. Probably a bit of sarcasm at a social event. I don't think what he said carrying on at a bbq or whatever is an indication of his candidacy

I agree although I do think there is a difference between the kinds of people who would talk about assassinating Bush and the kind who would talk about assassinating Obama. The people you saw talking about assassinating Bush on the web were probably bored idiots who decided they don't like the president based on stuff he's done and used their internet 'anonymity' to express that. I highly doubt that if they were put in the situation, that they would actually kill the president. For the most part, the people who would consider assassinating Obama couldn't navigate the web unless they're router was shaped like a pick-up and who dislike Obama not based off things he has done but on the color of his skin. They, in my opinion, would kill Obama if they got the opportunity.
I am sure Obama's security could handle the garbage who would try it though.

Aye, it isn't limited to the States. Although I'll say we have our fair share that think they're entitled to something 'just because' they're American or whatever. I work for my education, you know?

Of course either way, I don't really care for republican economic policies so I won't be voting for mccain anyway.

No, but they do affect what type of decisions she is likely to make. If she does the sort of things that Cheney has been doing, (sealing everything that comes out of his office as Classified) and generally abusing power, I don't like the ideology she espouses.
