Apparently Travis Barker was in a fatal plane crash the other day which killed 4 and injured 2. He's one of the injured, according to NBC, so let's hope he recovers well. Apparently DJ AM was on the plane too.

Well hopefully the injured pull through. At least there weren't too many people on the plane.

Shit, I hope he's alright.

I don't like blink-182 too much, but the guy's definitely a talented drummer -- hope he makes a full recovery.

Man that sucks. RIP to the victims and I hope he and DJ AM recover well.

This shows that no matter how much money or success one can have, life can still take a shit on you. R.I.P and hope travis and DJ AM recover.

I hope Gavin DeGraw wasn't on the plane.

I hope Gavin DeGraw wasn't on the plane.

According to the article on CNN, he wasn't thankfully:

Other acts at the concert included Perry Farrell, former of Jane's Addiction, and singer Gavin DeGraw, Columbia Mayor Bob Coble told The Associated Press.

Representatives for Farrell and DeGraw told AP they were not on the plane.

Ahh that sucks Hope they get a good recovery

[giomanach]

Whoa. I hope he will recover fast!

I find it odd that only the famous people survived :\ That's just horribly sad for those who didn't make it. I just hope their deaths were quick and relatively painless. Death by flames is one of the worst ways to go.

Oh ya and who the hell is DJ AM?

The plane was destined for Travis' assistant , Chris Baker (Meet the Barkers a short lived reality series of Travis and his ex-wife's life), to go see his wife who was about to have his baby. Chris didn't survive and his wife had the baby today. A sad story Same day and everything.

RIP Chris, The bodyguard, and the Pilots.

Hope to see Travis and DJ AM recover soon.

Sad thing is Travis hates flying on Private planes but made the exception for his assistant.

Oh ya and who the hell is DJ AM?

Seconded.

Who the hell is he?

Either way:
I saw this on the news too. D:
Plane crashes in general are scary...
RIP to those who didn't make it, and best of luck to those who did.
