I know a 4 year old and she also knows how to use a computer so well, that I was really impressed.

It is nice that your little sister knows how to surf the internet. Just definitely encourage physical activities like playing outside or just exercise. Maybe it would be easier for her to read if you had her read ebooks.

my 4 yr old son uses the internet to find online coloring books, prints out the pages then goes and colors.

that i have no problem with, my sister however, uses her 7 and 5 yr olds to train her character on WoW daily.  that is just crazy

Yea, my 4 year old cousin was playing hot wheel games and navigating around fine on the internet. They grow up so fast nowadays..
