Ah Sonic, you'll be just fine. Sure, the situation for a first child could be a little better but even if you'd been married for years, nobody really knows what they're doing when they have their first kid. Learning on the job. tongue.gif Good luck with it all. smile.gif

And here I thought I was the only miracle baby. I defied two as well tongue.gif I say if they defy that kind of odds, they baby is just meant to be.

Normally I would quote it then respond with some insults. Since its dan they would most likely be british, and homo related.

Oh, Sonic... just to give you a warning. Since she discovered she was pregnant after just a month, you should stop her from preparing too much for the baby before the 3 month mark. I don't mean to be a bad person by saying this, but I knew someone who did that and then she had a miscarriage. Every single time she saw the things she bought for the baby, she broke down and cried. I don't want the same for your girlfriend just in case. The first trimester is the most dangerous because so much goes on with the baby and so much can go wrong genetically. So I wish you a really healthy baby and that nothing happens hug.gif

My sister told me something similar.
God, I can't even imagine what that would feel like.
I'm scared of everything that will happen when its born, now while she is pregnant too. Oh jeez, why would anyone get pregnant on purpose?

Congrats and good luck. My son just turned one and its the coolest thing in the world to be a parent. There isnt anything I would rather do. If I never acomplish anything else in my life, I'd be satified to just be the best father I can be for my boy. From what it sounds like, you have a good head (kinda homo) on your shoulders and I am confident from your writing that you will make a great father. Once again good luck and congrats. Let us know the sex when you find out in a couple months and if its a boy, I have alot of stuff new and some used to get rid of if you want it

Sonic, I really do wish you the best of luck. Kids are wonderful...I swear to you the first time your kid looks up at you and says da da or luv u, you'll break down. I'm really glad your going to step up and be the best father that you can be...not a lot of guys would do that. You should pat yourself on the back for that one. If you have any questions/concerns...your more than welcome to ask me (I have experience..lol)

I advise that you get some pregnancy books once you know she's pregnant for sure, and read them.
    Both of you read them.

And whoever said that she could be giving herself pregnancy scares is right.
I've tricked myself into having nausea and vomiting cause I thought that I may be pregnant.
It even made my period come like a week late.
Hell, the body may even produce those hormones when she's paranoid.
    I think it's called pseudo-pregnancy or something.

    Ok.
So my dumb girlfriend missed her vagina doctor appointment.
But after she got out of work, she said she got her period. So I got all happy.
Now she says she is not even bleeding anymore. She said usually it bleeds alot more, but it only bled a little at first. So does that mean the tests were wrong?

No it's just probably bleeding from lack of satisfaction. Give her an hour with me, I'll clear it up.
