If you visit the Six Flags sponsor page, you can get a free item for collecting all 6 flags. Follow the clues given at each black flag to unlock the hidden flags. You will be awarded with the Wooden Roller Coaster. Some countries (non-US) may be restricted.

Are you a US resident? Sometimes the sponsor games are restricted by country. Six Flags is only in the US as far as I know, so you can try to change your address in your Neopets profile to get access to the game.

the only one I can't seem to get is the one next to the water ride...

Have you clicked on the kiosk on the middle to bottom right of the map?

Neopets can tell what country you're in by your IP Address. So, sometimes just having a US address in your profile doesn't work.
I guess your situation is leading us to the conclusion that this is a true US only sponsor event.

I remember they had this old six flags daily feed your pet thing. Are they bringing this back? Or is it just this?

Yes, I think you have to choose a location.

Not quite a walkthrough, as it's confusing to know exactly which step gets you which flag, but...
    1. Go to the roller coaster game. Wait a little while. It's not necessary to play the game, but you could do so anyway to pass the time and earn some neopoints. Return to the Six Flags map and the pop-up that tells you that you found a flag should be up.
    2. Visit the tower and watch the video clips then return to the Six Flags map and click the tower again. Sometimes, the pop-up that tells you that you found a flag takes a little while to show up.
    3. Visit the information kiosk and choose a location, any location should work. Return to the Six Flags map and the pop-up that tells you that you found a flag should be up. Take your time, this one can take a while too.
    4. Go to the water slide. No need to play the game. But like the rest this one can take a little while to show up too.
    5. Visit the front building with the ticket windows. Wait a little while then return to the map.
    6. Feed your pets at the concession stand.

These steps do not have to be done in order, as far as I know. I think the key is patience. Especially, when you're taken to the games or Six Flags pages.
Hope this helps all of you who are having trouble getting your flags.
