There seems to be an error when trying to price the book "Slorg & Steady." The last time it has been successfully priced is sometime last year.

 

Whenever Neon AP searches for the book, it doesn't seem to find it, and instead just lists "0" as the price, as if it was rare/UB/what have you. I think maybe there's some sort of syntax error happening with the & symbol? Not a big deal on my end, since it's easy to manually price an item, but I thought it might be valuable to bring up.

I can confirm this bug too, with other items (not sure which, but I'll start take notes).

I can also confirm. I've had trouble pricing books before that aren't UB, so it shouldn't be pricing them at 0.

My issue wasn't so much as the book title but the frequency at which Neon AP prices items at 0 like they are UBs.

So, on one of my accounts, it went through and priced everything as 0nps. Everything. 200ish items. Settings are fine, bc it is the same as the other few instances running on different accounts. I checked, and no faerie quest or anything. Anyone have this problem or knows a fix?

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but are there any plans for the future to allow premium users to auto price with the SSW?

I keep getting "wiz banned". I logged into my acc manually, only to find myself able to search items with the shop wiz normally.

Is there anyway to fix the "priced at 0 even though it's not a UB and is in the database" bug? It's happening again to me, this time with some clothing items that are definitely priced below 100k, and the DB even shows some on the SW. Plus, manually looking, there are some on the SW. 

 

Or do we have an idea why it does this? It's sort of annoying for me, because now I have to manually price those items.

Was wondering, the method used to search for specific map pieces for the pricing, could this be applied to manual wizard searching? And would you be willing to disclose it if so?

So recently, there's been an update allowing the max of 99,999 to be raised to 999,999 NPS. I was wondering if the shop APer could get a little update where this is implemented, since it saves a lot of hassle selling lower end UBs.

Could we see a screenshot and your settings for pricing please? 

 

Are you using a proxy/VPN? It may be having some issues. 

 

Dose your account have a PIn on it? Check that you typed it in and it's correct.

It's a little hard to work with just "it's not working".
