I want to learn VB. Do I need any programs installed on my computer or anything. If I do where can I get them like downloading them onto your computer, and then buy a serial number to put in. If somebody can help that would be great

* Second, get yourself a good book or an ebook. It is also recommended to consult a programmer in case you have questions or etc.

* Third, read a lot of tutorials, get yourself some useful codes and stuff from different VB code libraries like pscodes. They're super useful ^_^
