exactly. he might make some money, but neopets will fuck him over millions of times worse. The articles / news / publicity that this could get, will force them to take action.

It's allegedly a system wherein TNT would contact your ISP and request they disallow you from transferring any information to or from their site; proxies or not

I don't imagine the hacker would be too damn proud of said action...

But I didn't look into the thread on GG too much, so I can neither confirm nor deny.

Is it the same Cheesie that runs that other crappy website? From what I've gathered all he is is a douchebag and couldn't possibly do it without someone giving him something to do it with.

A packet ban is the worst action the tnt can take, they email you ISP and request that you are banned from there side.. no matter what you do, proxy or no proxy, you will never be allowed back on neopets.

The only way back onto neopets is via changing your ISP.

Neopets have only ever packet banned 2 people so you can tell how serious they take it!

Is that the name for it? Because that would be pretty much your ISP blocking
you, a paying customer, from accessing a certain website. Which is... might as well
just take it to court and sue the individual.

Both of them should be mandatory jail... I mean you're grabbing personal information
AND attacking corporate servers... if that's not illegal then there's something wrong.

No fraud, murder and drug dealing is serious. Neopets is a game. There's always some who cheat any sort of game its part of the game, yeah the levels of severity change but hey cging and sql injecting are just clever ways of cheating imo. With all the money Viacom make they shouldn't be too displeased with afew cheaters.

Cookie grabbing is Illegal, but its just catching them... i mean, if you know how to fully utilise a cookie grabber your going to understand how tor or a proxy server works.

I don't mean to be picky but tor is a proxy server basically, well a network of them anyway.
