Press the PrtSc key on your keyboard and then paste into a graphics application like Windows Paint, then save and upload to somewhere like Imageshack.

Not anything stupid mind you, but something to ensure that new members understand how to do things like taking a screen shot or following simple instructions. :\

You'd think they would of looked around before registering and know what section to post in beforehand, but you never know with people these days. Oh well.Hate to say it, but I'm beginning to think a test should be issued upon registering.

Honestly, the forum for asking about problems with programs and such is a little hidden.

Well, I would assume they would take a look and notice that the program discussion section has a subtitle that states that programs have their own topic in the section. Then again, people like to panic and mess around so they can get an answer fast.Nah, they probably just assumed it went here due to it being a Neopets program..

Also, everyone was new once. I've destroyed many computers in my time trying to figure them out

And aye, I know, but I figured everyone knew how to take a screen shot at the very least. xD

There was once a time when all of us didn't know how to take a screenshotJust because you don't like the truth, doesn't make it rude.
It's not offensive to point out that taking a screenshot is pretty damn basic, and the sheer majority of internet users know how to take one because it's a very handy tool when first starting out on the internet to get help from others.

rude [rood] Show IPA
Use rude in a Sentence
–adjective, rud⋅er, rud⋅est.
1. discourteous or impolite
3. rough in manners or behavior; unmannerly; uncouth.
4. rough, harsh, or ungentle: rude hands.
I think rude would be an appropriate word to use
