what's been the freeze rate on this so far?

As far as I know 2 people have been iced. One on a suicide run in magic, the other I don't know the circumstances.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it is relatively safe. In the past week I've made quite a bit and I haven't been hit with the banhammer.

I'm almost jelous now that this is public, the success rate is going to go down a little since more people will be using it..

Meh, there are tons of people ABing out there, it really doesn't affect much.

The only thing I noticed is that when you put in a profit margin it dosnt really follow it. I put in that the item had to make atleast 600np in profit and it bought a bunch of things from the choco shop that only sold for like 900np... that's about it.

Exact same thing happened to me last night in chocolate. I ended up with twenty White Chocolate Flotsam :p. I guess there are just a couple of items in chocolate that need to be priced a few more times. I'll do some more ABing in chocolate and try to help out with that.

Literally non-stop? Like day and night for days on end?

I do that, been I think 4 days (Maybe 3) straight now that it's been on for me, I stop it for a few seconds if it mistakes a cheap item for an expensive one due to bad data, but that's about it, the rest of the time it's always activated, and I'm fine.

My ass just got iced. :)

Ran it around 12 hours straight today. That is probably what fucked me over.

Just curious ^_^

If Elindoril ran it for days, then that couldn't have been why you got iced. What were your refresh settings?

1-3 seconds. Buy times were .1-.2 pre-haggle and OCR page was .1-.5.

On that note, it's still running, no problems whatsoever. (Maybe it's because I don't grab too many items and they're usually cheaper Restocks)

1-3 seconds. Buy times were .1-.2 pre-haggle and OCR page was .1-.5.

I can see why, refreshing so fast gets the attention of the TNT.

Well holy crap... I think that will drop you into freezing territory ><

As long as this was just a burner, then power to you, though

I'm being a complete smartass to a newbie who thinks I've got no clue what I'm doing.

Have you seen the suggested times? I helped come up with those.

I was 8-12, .3-.7, 1-1.5

Oh, and it was a burner account. Now that I'm done- I'm done. :)

You know, if I felt like just wasting an account I might have actually used those settings you laid out (besides the 1-3... that's just silly)

Other than that, my settings have been configured a bit lower than yours... but I'm running through a proxy... so there's some innate delay associated with that

Ok, fine, I'll outline them quickly for the regular members:

- You guys have a minimum wait time. If you try setting it below a certain minimum it will just reset itself to the minimum.

- You guys cannot pick your shops to visit in Database Mode. It picks shops at random, though at this point in time, a lot of shops should have excellent lists in the database. This will also help build these lists up, as the more you use the program, the better the database gets in the less used shops. Shops that you don't even know are profitable may suddenly start earning people big. :p

- You guys do not have a choice as to how long you can RS in a specific shop. Approx. 45 minutes is the time allowed.

These restrictions are removed once 500 posts is achieved. :p

Hi!

I loved the program, and the restrictions are ok for me. But I think 45 minutes in a specific shop is kind of risky, don´t you think? I started using the program a few days ago and I don´t feel comfortable to let it running during the night because I am afraid that it would stay for 45 minutes in Magic Shop, for instance.

Anyway, I am just asking and not sugesting anything. I am new using autobuyers, and I am new at RS. I´m loving it, by the way. I made 200k in two days and it´s great because I am a NP collector :D

I was using a manual list in Fresh Foods and bought 7 carrots... the only item that was in my list with 'carrot' in it was 'Carrot Salad'. Any thoughts on this?

Why can I not use my own lists, or choose my own shop ID? o.o
