Is anyone else having trouble logging in?

Neopets seems to be telling me that my password is bad. I've never given my password to anything except Abrosia, so I'm at a loss.

Actually... I had it kick back a bad password when I used a proxy that was IP banned... might this be the problem?

What Kit said would be the best option... been using codex programs for the last few days and haven't had any problems with my word. It just keeps logging me out from my browser, because neopets think you're on a different browser... which I do all the time anyway, I alternate between my mac and PC to play games.

Just recover it with your email...
And no neocodex program steals your account or password.

Is there any benefit to using a mac versus a PC for neopets?

I had problems logging in with firefox. Always got redirected back to the login-page. Just had to delete all cookies.

Nothing goes there. At least, not to the place that I THINK was my email. I used an old one a LONG time ago.

Didn't work. Also, I can't log in using IE or Abrosia either.

This is getting ridiculous. I'm starting to consider brute force...

User Lookup page is still there. Doesn't say anything about being disabled.

Currently looking for an account cracker. Any help would be appreciated.

Try clearing all your cookies or using a different browser.

Go to the create account page... type in a bunch of gibberish into the username box then click the check availability button. If it redirects you to login.phtml you are IP banned which this sounds like is the problem

Or you could also PM someone your account name and check if you have been iced?

They already checked the userlookup and know that they're not iced...

I'm leaning towards the IP ban... thus why I keep asking about proxies :p

I agree. Sounds like you're IP banned. I'd say try logging on using a proxy...or on someone else's internet connection *nodnod*

I've just checked, it seems that account is now frozen.

I'm confused because it was still up every time I checked until now. Was it always frozen from the first time I couldn't log in? Did someone hack my account and get it frozen? Did TNT freeze it after I sent them a contact form asking for my password? I guess I'll never know.

I've considered starting a new account, but I'm wondering if it's worth it. It does take four months before you can see all items, after all.

With a PC you can use our programs? :o

Actually, when your have cookies to login to neopets on your computer and your frozen, that's a common error that people get.

been using codex programs for the last few days and haven't had any problems with my word.

Well. A few more days and you'll qualify as an expert :).

And, I am really glad to know that our programs are not interfering with Word's operation. I'll check that one off on the compatibility list. If you find any other programs that its not interfering with, please post so I can mark them off as well :)
