Okay so I started my main 4 days ago and have abed and ssed all 4 days. I didn't wanna get frozen so i decided to do a experiment.
The experiment;
Buy premium and hack your way through the game and see if TNT freezes you or not.
The result;
I have gotten a review (ssed 48 games in 10 minutes), and was suspended not because of the fact that i ssed but because some guy made a weight board and i commented on it.
Talk about playing favorites. ![]()
I find this really funny.

Apparently you don't get the joke that anyone who's offended by someone will automatically report them and get them suspended or frozen.

But agree that they don't care if you pay or not. I've heard many people with premium getting frozen and never getting their money back. I think the worst thing is that TNT doesn't automatically stop the premium and continues to bill you even after they freeze you. It screams scam and should be illegal. I won't surprised to see them on the news one day for being sued. (Okay, I actually really want to see that, haha:shifty:)

Lol, well I wouldn't argue that TNT is quite retarded sometimes.

Then they play the $50,000 card. When you accept their TOS you accept if you're cheating they can sue you $50,000. Not that I think that it would ever hold up but you did accept this when you created your account so it would hold some weight.

There are plenty of people who've been around for ages who can take advantage of newer members. That's just the way the chips fall...
Poker (and neopets) tends to favors the big stack

Older Members would have some protection, but I think the really rich people like Munsterpoo have a load more protection from TNT then anyone else, seeing as they are worth billions of Neopoints alone.Old members > Premium members. That's just the way it goes. I think that may be one of the reasons that the multiple year accounts are so coveted amongst cheaters.

It's actually only $50,000 if you disseminate, design or assist in the design of any of these programs. It's only $500 each time you use the program... still a lot of money for some people though. I'll be honest and say I don't remember reading that particular term when I first signed up but that could be because I was only 13.
Pfft, dickheads.
What if I was to say that everyone who uses my programs assists in the design because there are always bugs to fix. If anyone reports a bug they are assisting in the design and therefore are liable for $50,000

That's an interesting point. Since Neopets is targeted at children now, they should expect that most users are under the age of 18 when they sign up. So is the $50k or $5k penalty still legally enforceable when the user is underaged at the time the agreement was signed?

Well I'm no expert on law however if you're under the age of 18 and you 'agree' to their terms and conditions without your legal guardian acknowledging that they allow you to do so any punishment you can get is void because tnt can't use what's in their TOS without a guardian
Sweet, if what you said is true, then I can SS + AB without fear xDDDD

I'm still waiting to hear of a lawsuit from TNT for someone cheating... How many times has Laser/Shadow/Hydro been frozen? How many times have I been frozen?
They cant legally do anything

I just see it as a scare factor to keep people in line, but of course it doesn't work on everyone.I'm still waiting to hear of a lawsuit from TNT for someone cheating... How many times has Laser/Shadow/Hydro been frozen? How many times have I been frozen?

They can still freeze you're account as it's their intellectual property

Hahaha, well that yes~
But seriously, I've been frozen so many times that the "chill factor" isn't a real fear anymore. My mission now is not to get that Draik, but to use SSers and ABers in TNT's face just to screw with them xD
Everytime I restock a Draik Egg, I'd yell at the screen, "Whadda you gonna do bout it? huh? HUH? Up yours!"
Then I proceed to play some Whack-A-Staff-Member.

and i would like to keep it that way
but i would support you by ABing in their face too...
and not get caught of course
