Neopets Mobile was shut down a while ago, if there was anything still around, there'd be nothing much you could do.

For now, yes, but nobody knows if TNT will use Lutari Island in this "plot" or something else any time soon, as the description for it has changed recently.

If it's the Lutari Talisman beads, those are available via random events on the site, other than that, I don't think you can still earn them.

This is correct, the only way to get them at the moment is through the REs. I got one the other day so there deffinatly still doing them. The old was to get them was referal to neo mobile but as its been stopped obvisously you cant.

Ill keep checking to see if i can get on neo mobile as i got it for free on the vodaphone network in the UK.

And to the question earlier Lutari island is unavailable for the moment but there has been alot of hint in the editorial that there will be another way to acsess it soon.

My 1 Green bead gives me an occasional 10% boost in NP payout from games. That's pretty awesome.

I'm working on getting more, because the effect gets higher as you acquire more beads.

Shame the Neopets Mobile is offline completely, and that it will now be impossible to get those beads (they were untradable, as they were added directly to your talisman)... so yeah... I'm hoping they find a new way to distribute beads.

The ones you got from neomobile were un tradable, they were just added straigt to your talisman when you refered a friend.

The ones from RE's are still tradable
