The horrific concoction I just ate is too disgusting not to share:

• Take frozen mashed potato medallions and heat on stove with milk and butter.
• Add in 3-4 cheeses. I grabbed cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and blue cheese.
• Dump in some sour cream, dill, garlic powder and bacon bits.
• Heat until it starts popping all over the stove.
• Grimace as it plops out of the pot and into the bowl.
• Take one bite, spit it out, and frantically brush your teeth to get the taste out of your mouth.

It all sounds great minus the blue and cream cheeses.

I think that's what did it in because I've made it before minus those two cheeses (and chives instead of dill). It sorta tastes like different version of potato skins.

i just had a christmas day FEAST!
lobster bisque, rack of lamb, and all you can eat CAKE! there were 20 different kinds of cake, and i tried so many.
