So today, I was at 1.8 mil neopoints and my CRAZZY idea was to buy the Lab Map finally. Well I saw it up for a GREAT deal. 900k. The thing said Full Map... there were 9 pieces and I offered 800k and a Ghost Pb.

Well.. turns out I was stupid and wasn't paying attention.

I got three #4 pieces... and the rest. I was out piece #2 and #8. The two most expensive pieces. I PAID FOR A FULL MAP and got one not even worth 500k.

Lesson: PAY ATTENTION!
Lesson learned.... but I am still sad. I thought I was gonna FINALLY have the map... now I dont.

This morning my bank said 1,800,000
Now after I sold all my pieces FOR FAIR PRICES it says 1,389,xxx :'( :'(

But at least you learned something of it. It's a warning for us all to pay attention.
I mean we, of all people, should know about the many scams that float about neopia.

That is a reportable scam, if you can remember the username.

still isn't even 900k way overpriced? 6 months ago wasn't it like 720k and like 2 months ago it was 800k why are they inflating? is it because keyquest isn't giving maps out during christmas? because if that is the case why didn't it inflate over halloween when they weren't being given out either.

I wonder if it is because of the 10x for games for the past little while and all the poor neopians who only play games for money have tons more then usual and are buying stuff.

When i play legitly i make my nps from selling lab maps so im kinda used to seeing this thing happen alot.

Im afraid its not reportable if it didnt say "full map" in the wishlist sorry

And as regards to the inflation, maps are fluctuating all the time tbh, they go from 750 - 850k all the time depending on how many sellers are buying the singles and selling the sets, when alot of noobs start to join in and beat the more experienced sellers prices we all start to compete so it goes down and then the noobs will either stop selling or get smart and they go up again, so kinda supply and demand.

Anywho, im sure it wont take you long to make the nps back

yeah I guess you dont really need to feel bad. My girlfriend bought me a poogle morphing potion to try and help her get an mspp and after 2 zaps it turned into some stupid other pet. She payed like 1.4 or something for it so she lost 1.4 mill in 2 days hah.

Zapping valuable pets is never a good idea (it is like abing in Magic Shop everyday for an hour, only a matter of time before your luck turns on you). Did she have a reason for zapping that pet after morphing it?

Yeah, I decided figuring out whether I could report him or not wasn't a big deal. I felt that it was my fault for not paying enough attention and that I should pay the consequences.
I helped 2 other people out today though. 2 people got their first Lab Map because of me today. Now if only I could get my Lab Map. Lol.

If you're going for an MSPP it's much faster/less stressful to trade a custom pet for one.

Since the wishlist says full map, this can be considered a scam. So it would be legit to report that disgraceful noob~

And I agree too that trading for an MSPP is much faster and less painful then to watch your Poogle turn into a Green Mynci. Oh the horror!

WOW neo GJ on making MSPP look like a total phaggot pet. The old one used to be the most bad ass color in the game imo. I dont get it why did they change the pets did it look to "mean" for the 10 yr olds?

Awww that's awful. On my old account, I finally got a hold of a magical purple poogle toy, and then the damned thing didn't work. I would try to play with jellybean and it would say that she was turning into a poogle and then it would be all "oopsies sorry, there was a problem". I tried constantly for about three days and then the thing disappeared. One and a half million down the tubes.

And does your pet have to already be a poogle to become MSPP, or can it be a lucky lab zap on any pet.
