I have no idea.!!!
tuneup utilites sounded pretty good and is very aesthetically pleasing
i tried it for like a year and it was good
then i tried pointstone system cleaner
eeeeeeeeeeeeh it was okk....
then i tried uniblue speedupmypc SUCKED CRAP
it failed like a million times
then I have no idea about system mechanic 9 ??!!
is it really good?
pcworld says so...but??

I wouldn't use any "PC Optimization Software"

Doesn't sound too good to me. Maybe something like CCleaner at the most. If you're computer is really running that terrible, there's most likely something wrong with it and would most likely require a reformat anyways.

CCleaner and common sense.
