either use flash if u know how or just open the I'mage in
adobe I'mage ready.It comes standard with psp 7.0 and above.

if u need the full version of psp or something bit torrent it at suprnova.org

You didnt ask how to make shiny font, or moving I'mages, changing opacity.

Isn't that Paint Shop Pro?
Adobe Photoshop comes with I'mageready of course.

I hate using it for ani'mations.

no Photoshop's abreveation is PS. Psp is Paint Shop Pro.
