kinda with you on that jcr if you look at it, it could be a doujinshi of FMA aka Full Metal Alchemist. Was kinda hoping it might be a parody manga or something, i like the way its drawn.

IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY....

It was actually a Hentai series... or maybe it was one part, I don't remember...

Anyway, the plot was that the girls are trying to save misused technology... so they're helping the technology achieve sexual release or something like that. I can't seem to find it though and I've been googling since I saw this post.

If it was my guess, it would be something like Kore ga Watashi no Goshujin-sama, otherwise known as "He Is My Master", but I'm pretty sure it's just a piece of fan art.
