Hi guys - obviously I'm pretty new here. I haven't played for a couple years, but I got bored and decided to return. Anyways, I had an idea so wanted to share it. Please let me know if this idea breaks any rules or is redundant or whatever.

So, in my short time here I haven't come across a feature in the programs that can autostart them - aside from the schedule in abrosia.
This could be as simple as just run neopoint generator every 48 hours. When that is done, auto buy for a couple of hours, stop that, autoplay some games, take a break, auto buy.... you see where this is going. I felt this would be more natural and would also be beneficial to those people who run multiple neocodex programs and run the programs semi or fully afk.

I know that the auto buy already has a schedule feature for itself. I was thinking about a schedule that would span across the various neocodex programs.

Anyhow, I was wondering if there is any such feature that is already there or if any of the programmers are planning to implement. If not, I was thinking of writing an Auto It script that could do a simple autostart for myself if the programmers aren't planning on adding such a feature. This would be very low tech but might get the job done.

Currently we have more important features to address before we go about making your life 100% effortless.

Sorry, I didn't mean to come off as a prick. I am new here and wanted to be helpful if possible. I just assumed that since a programmer already developed a schedule for the abrosia program i thought it was reasonable to think that a programmer might be working on, or later work on a schedule for all neocodex programs.

Well, i can give out the script once i'm done to make other peoples lives effortless as well if that helps Posted Image. I appreciate everything you have done though and that you have already made my life 99.99% effortless Posted Image

I'm a fan of this idea, but I don't mind getting my hand a little dirty here and there.

Also, it would be helpful for us to have a wider selection of programs to choose from before implementing a master scheduler.

This isn't going to be easy.
Compiling all the programs that were made into one master program to create a scheduler, gonna take way longer than producing one program on a certain game/product/usage.

I rather, the time spent in making more new programs than to waste the time to make everything into one master program which only makes us lazier. In addition, you increase your electricity bills and you gonna let TNT realise "why this person is doing the same thing everyday, around the same time," :p

I think both of your points are valid. Perhaps this is a feature that makes more sense further down the line once there are even more programs that need managing.

Im sure one external program could be made to open another program at a certain time and then close it.

Exactly. You wouldn't need to compile in to one master program. I think the idea is decent, especially if the program runs in the background. Just leave your computer on for maximum neopoints.

I don't think a master program is required either. But I also don't know too much about how these programs are coded.
And yes background would be good. Auto It is very un-background and is totally in your face so therefore far from the ideal way to go about it Posted Image
