1) Click on the life ring in the pictures here( I meant to say click on the 2nd picture a couple of times until a popup occurs: http://www.neopets.c...lass_boat.phtml

2) Ride the merry go round 4 times, but at least once with each pet: http://www.neopets.c...ygoround.phtml

3) Go to the Collectible Sea Shells shop AFTER having a cheap shell and a cheap jelly in your inventory.. I would suggest the Purple Cowry shell for 1 NP and the lime jelly for 8 NP. You must put the Shell into your shell album so the popup can occur. YOU Must click on inventory link in the popup. http://www.neopets.c...hop&obj_type=86

4) Visit the Green Jelly page in JellyWorld and click on the swirls to the right or Left. THIS will be outside of the borders.
Complete the maze and collect your next clue.(find the petpets bottom right corner or left usually)

5) Visit the Jelly foods shop
and refresh until the Edible Guide of Jelly World comes up. Once it
comes up click on it. http://www.neopets.c...hop&obj_type=62


6)Play Scourge of the Lab
Jellies and get a score of at least 1000. http://www.neopets.c...ar&quality=high

7) Go back to the Festival of
Neggs and go to the quest area. And get your prize.

also, before I saw the shell thing I got it, aparently dung jelly and half coconut shell works too, it may just be necesary to have an item with those keywords in it in your invetory.

after Completing the maze and collect your next clue.(find the petpets bottom right corner or left usually) dont go back to your inventory becaue they will steal the jelly again just continue with next step

if you have the full album then you should just visit the sea shell shop and you will still get the clue (of course with the jelly in your inventory)

BTW the NT letters to the editor said the edible jelly book was glitched but in a few days(weeks?) they will give us the book.
