i'll keep it brief......someone donated a lot of things to the second hand shop and among them was a Kougra Space Suit i thought nothing of it but someone here said clothes sell so i decided to look for very hard to find it was but alas the TP had it for 195K i sure was ecstatic

If you can't get anybody to buy it in the TP just put it in your shop at 99,999 and it'll usually sell.

Yea clothes are kinda hard to sell ESPECIALLY when they go according to species...

I have one clothe that's worth 280k+ on TP..
BUT i placed it in my shop for 75k and still not sold.

Ever since Neopets started with Usershops, the max price you could price something in your usershop and it was buyable was 99,999 NP (hence items over that price getting termed as 'Unbuyables' which has still stuck to this day).

Back then, 99,999 NP was lot for anyone to have... I think by now they should have raised it but still...

the cap of 99,999 NP is retarded. If you're trying to do brain tree quest or jhudora or illusen, you end up with a UB to finish the quest, the result is, you probably fail to get that done.

Yea they should raise it...it would unclog the tp and make it much easier on everyone. I have a whole tp lot full of ub clothes that haven't gone anywhere....just might sell it at 99k each. Still make profit but not as much as I would like.

I sell everything <200k as 99999. I just don't feel like haggling and such.

Plus, when people see an UB in my shop, there's usually a greater chance they look at the rest of my shop. It hasn't been weird where one person bought over 500k worth of items from my shop because a few of them were like 110k UB's.

i think that they should raise the cap in shops too, there's even one in TP! >.< i don't see the point of having a cap in tp...

God yes you guys bring up a good point. With all the np that is in the neoconomy these days it doesn't make sense that shops should still be capped at 99,999 or that the tp is capped at 800k or that auctions are capped at 20mil (not sure about this last one). It leads to having to split auctions/trades and scammage. Anyway, they need to fix this shit
