The neopets team just pissed off a huge amount of people, by insinuating that they would be releasing Lutaris, when in reality they did not. This all could have been avoided if they had been up front, but they decided to have their little bit of fun.
Which is one of the reasons I believe the NPT to just be a bunch of trolls.

I didn't even want a Lutari, since (IMO), they're pretty ugly. So I'm just looking at this whole thing and laughing. Just like the NPT must be laughing their asses off right now.

Hissi's are actually pretty sweet. Way cooler than Lutari at least. Might actually go for one of those.
