So my prom is coming up and I'm in charge of the music.. I'm looking for some sweet house remixes of popular songs. Anything from the top 40 is generally good, and some remixes with hard beats so we get the house shaking. THanks :)

If you're looking for interesting remixes, here are 5 CDs worth:

It's not all gold, but if you're looking for familiarity with an interesting sound, that's the place to go ^_^

I listened to one of the tracks, the one about booty, and my Firefox seriously suicided after 15 seconds of it..

I would skip the first tracks unless you plan on listening to the whole CD. It's an intro track and is mostly commentary about music piracy and the name of the album (bootie, pirate treasure, etc.)

I would skip down to one of the tracks that features a song you like instead.

Also maybe try using Chrome or just downloading the tracks?

Chrome works really well with it :)
