If your sure its not sick, continue feeding it and playing with it for a few days it can take some time.

On another side of things why on earth would you care? I suppose if you have an account people regularly look at then its ok, but otherwise who cares...

When my pets are not ridiculously happy i just make them play with a toy and in the pop up windows when the pet says "you're the best owner blah blah" i keep refreshing until it's fully happy, it works like a charm... actually, i only have one toy for all my pets, i'm so cheap xD

The Merry Go Round in Roo Island does work well. It's fairly cheap as well, for a low price of 50nps. However, yes, it is cheaper to just put them in the motel for a low 140 nps per 28 days, or 5np a day. Never have to check up on them/feed them, etc., that's all taken care of at the Neolodge.
