Hi there my fellow programmers, some may remember me,

I have been away from codex for quite a while (work grrrr)

I am looking for a potted history of the last year+, what has been happening?

Also, all those that I know, what's been happening to you? how has your life changed?

New people, intro yourself too, what you like about the site, and programming etc...

I'm a Junior Programmer who has failed to make output. I'm great with ideas, but haven't really gotten python yet.

Dro and SLink purged all the old programs and we started fresh.

The programming team is now actually a team that shares data. All changes to programs are done on the SVN so that if a program needs a quick fix, any programmer can jump in and make the change, compile, then re-release.

SLink made Abrosia which is probably the #1 reason people end up here. It works with the Items Database to generate profitable lists automatically without user input. The lists are then dynamic instead of static like the old way.

Advanced is now subscribe-able.

Private and Retired were merged into just Retired.

I think that covers a fair amount of information, don't you?

Hey Mumei man!! So much I have to tell you but thats programming secrets so I'll have to somewhere in private.
But I just graduated college one class left in summer. Bio >_< don't even need it, stupid breadth requirements, they won't let me go without it.
Did you see neoalerts 3.0? :D I totally redid that system. Did you ever use 2.0?
We have the labzaps system everything in neologs.
Laser made a bunch of simulators and was the guy behind the item db. Im trying to release his pet color simulator update but check out that battledome one it so awesome. More awesome then the one over at idb. Laser also made avatarlog for codex its amazingly awesome!

it's great to see there are still some familiar faces :)

I didn't know if my name would still be known - or that any of my code would still have made it past the many changes on the site

I am doing great, enjoying life, work is good but busy, life is a little busy in that i'm buying a house and that's not that easy, and it's scary close to growing up!

Dude! Welcome back :D

I'm glad things have been okay with you and I haven't been too bad myself either. How is the house purchasing going? I hope you got yourself a bargain like my new neighbours across the road have - and boy did they get a bargain ;)

I'm always grateful to that little pep-talk you gave me years back :D Cheers dude :D
