Is this a 'foolproof' plan? Hmm.

Hey everyone.

I'm new here, but not to autobuyers/adopters. I've used them both before on my old main without getting frozen for them. I WAS frozen, however, for buying neopoints, took a hiatus, and recently came back. I don't want to risk my new main in any way, since I have some neocash invested there.

I'm not the smartest when it comes to IP addresses/proxies/account linking, so I thought of an idea that may work for me. I have an old laptop and access to a real life friend's old, aged account they don't want anymore. I was wondering; if I take the laptop to a place with public wifi and run the programs there on that account, will they be able to link me to my main and chainfreeze? I've logged in to my main on that laptop before; does that matter? I'm really only aiming to get a Krawk; can I get a krawk on the new account, buy it an expensive petpet, pound drop and adopt it on the new account without TNT being suspicious?

Thank you! And if this is in the wrong section/not allowed, I'm sorry.

If you only ran the side account from the public hotspot, and never used your main at that hotspot, and the accounts were on different emails, you would be as safe as you could be.

Thinking back, I -have- used my main there before (a library), but not for a while. Should I find a new hotspot, just to be safe? There are plenty of others, but the library is closest. Or, can I go to another library, even though they're the same branch? (I feel like these questions are dumb, but better to be safe.)

Better hope no one else at the library plays neopets

Most likely, the public hotspot will have a dynamic IP, which would mean you were safe.
If you don't want that risk though, a different hotspot would be safer.

There's a crappy starbucks off of the highway that I can probably use, so I'll give that a shot tomorrow. Thank you :)

Are there any programs you can recommend for autoadopting/restocking if I'm aiming for a Krawk?

Seems like a good plan to me. However, due to Murphy's Law, nothing is ever guaranteed to go right
