I didn't find this, someone on the HC did but I have a feeling a lot of people here don't go on the neoboards so they won't have seen this.

How to get into an old account without the birthday

1. Log out.
2. Go to http://www.neopets.com/help.phtml , and click on 'My Support'.
3. Log in with the UN / 'word' that you lost your birthday to.

It works

This will be a great help for many I have seen posting around about having lost access from forgetting their passwords. Can this be stickied(sp?) so that others can benefit? (I don't have the problem myself, but still) Plused(sp?) for the tip off.

You can guess, that's what I'm doing with one of my old accounts which has a password I forgot. There's unlimited guesses and you don't need birthday

Actually, it occurs to me, we should spread it beyond us, since if it is just Neocodex, neo could do a blanket freeze on all of us
