The first one is on the main page of the NC mall, and the second one is for those accounts 48(?) months or older that can see the Elite Boutique (gold star in the right-hand corner).

First bag: NC Mall Third Birthday Pinata

Second bag: Faellie Birthday Bag Surprise

[Information]

It is such a poor prize, indeed.

Meh.

Thanks for the heads-up anyways.

Thank you. I really love free things.

[weke]

the second bag used to be claimable for any aged user ... another TNT glitch

[kittycat]

Thank you for this.

[Khalid]

Thanks, I didn't even know that the Elite Boutique exist.

[iomega]

woooo more NC items!

[stellanox]

The second bag was claimable by everyone for a few hours when it was first released. Created a big uproar among users with loyal users perk

[AliceFi]

thanks, but i don't really like the NC mall ^^
but cheap is always better than nothing i guess

[RKO]

Im starting to get annoyed with this loyal user crap.

Thanks for the heads up on the free NC stuff though, I appreciate it.

[Sumini]

It is so stupid, that there is always the same items in the bags =/

[angeladarling]

I think the items are really lame but free is always good. Thanks!
