Since my diet is paleo now I have stopped eating grains in my diet. However, when I used to eat sandwiches I would prefer Quiznos tuna melt They're so good and only like $3.00 for a good size meal

I used to work at Subway and got a sub after every shift. It was great for a while, but soon I got sick of it. Now I eat Subway maybe once or twice a year. I really like Quiznos but for some reason their sandwiches tend to make me sick.

There's a smaller sub chain called Jersey Mike's that is GREAT. I eat there about once a week.

I always get sick whenever i get an italian hoagie from quizno's and plus they put too much grease on their food why do people like it?

I think the amount of grease depends on what you get, since the subs i get from quiznos are never really greasy.

omg quiznos! they are unbelievable... Subway is not that good to me, their subs always seem to leave me hungry while quiznos not only fills me up, it tastes...divine...

I'm slightly embarrassed to say that i've never tried Quiznos sub OR Subway.
I eat mr sub, the grilled ones are so good.

yeh as good as Subways or Quiznos are the local small time chains are the best imo. Especially mom and pop stores since they tend to go more for good quality products over profit.

MMMM Quiznos. I used to eat a lot of Quiznos when I was younger because it was right down the street but now there is a subway closer to me where I currently live so I settle for that. I haven't had Quiznos in forever. It sounds so tasty.

quiznos is mostly meat oriented

subway is everythign and healthy
sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong on italian herbs and cheese with pepperjack and everything except jalapenos cucumbers and tomatoes ftw
oh and sweet onion sauce, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil

I'm going to have to say they're both meh but if I had to eat at one of the two, I'd prefer the subs in Subway dealwise and the sammies in Quiznos.

Subway just because I never heard of the other one. My ex-roommate used to be crazy of it and drags me to one every time we're out. It's yummy but I get bored of it sometimes and they need more varieties.
