So I thought, why not suggest a suggestion?
Idrc if this suggestion gets granted or what. XD lol.
Let me explain them one-by-one:

PC Applications: A place where neocodex-users upload programs like Photoshop CS5 in other uploading sites like MediaFire.
Graphics Section: A place where people show-off their graphics, let other people rate their graphics, graphic resources, graphic tutorials and lastly, request for graphics to be done.

We've had it before and it died so there would need to be enough people interested in it to make it worth adding again.
