they wouldnt really have as much "backlog" if they actually do their job and not randomly freeze people..even the legit ones.

Were you using the Amrosia? A lot of "ABing" programs from other sites are simply made to steal your login and pass. They actually sell a program to people that will e-mail them with the age of the account, how much money is it in, and everything else. If someone did steal your pass, all it takes is a foreign IP and your frozen

Not sure TNT is gonna give it back. I highly doubt they think someone stole your info without you doing something not neo-approved.

My account is eight years old and before ABing I never even received a warning. If you're so worried about your account, then play legit. It's the line we all walk.

And I agree about 'the line you walk'. However- no one wants to take responsibility for their own actions. Best to just blame TNT and talk about what assholes they are.

Playing legit does not guarantee you will not be unfairly frozen. The only reason I started cheating is because they froze my nine year old legit account without warning, refused to provide the reasons I was frozen, and ignored me when I tried arguing my case.

People cheat because they don't want to put in the effort when they know they can be frozen unexpectedly.

TNT is an ass even last year I froze with the reason of having cheated in games, and in the time I have not used AP or SS, I lost everything, my pets, my beads, my cards, stamps, articles of NC, and 5kk in the bank.

As unfair as TNT can be, we must remember that this is a free game (except for the NC mall and Neopets Premium, which are not really necessary additions anyway). If you want faster response times comparable to that of World of Warcraft or other such games, you also have to be prepared to dish out $15 a month...

Not really..they just would rather take money from you through NC and ignore the complaints.
Been working well for them for the last what, 3 or so years...so they are not gonna change it now.

I disagree completely. I'm sure they are making a decent profit of it. I wonder how much six flags dished out to have a new area for them? They have tons of ads, sponsored games, NC mall, and premium accounts. I'm sure they aren't hurting too bad.

They certainly are making decent profits. However, they have little incentive to respond faster since they receive no direct payment from individual users. This is unfortunately how corporations behave...

Why do they need to implement the monthly payment scheme? Most games that are earning big bucks are games that are 'free' to play but will make you pay to get anything extra. Just look at Playfish, their games are free but everything else in it sure isn't and they're doing pretty well. Monthly fees games will eventually lose out when people mistakenly thinks 'free' games are actually free. Besides Neopets makes you pay with thousand and one sponsor ads appearing on their site, it gets really irritating to surf it without ad-block
