Cause free stuff are nice.
And maybe in that forum, we're allowed to give away hashed accounts and such?

Not only would this encourage a constant barrage of begging for items/neopoints/pets/etc, but we also don't encourage or even tolerate hashed accounts at all on this forum.

I'd suspect we'd get new people coming in all the time begging for free stuff, which wouldn't be pleasant to deal with.

And...With people giving eachother usernames, even if they are side accounts, there is always a chance some noob on the forums might just get jealous/mad and report the name...It happened to me once before.
