A week ago, I was frozen for "potentially suspicious activity ^_______^" and immediately submitted a ticket. I had heard byway that the French and Spanish support team are much more efficient and quicker, so I used an online translator and submitted forms to them as well. I am really surprised that the latter unfroze my account considering I am biased when it comes to TNT being a hard ass, but hooray. This is really a pleasant surprise after having endured 6+ hours of lectures today.

If anyone needs to be unfrozen, try the non-English support teams.

If you got frozen for suspicious activity it was probably from a CGer. They can't keep you frozen because they're shit. But grats.

I realize that being frozen for "potentially suspicious activity" has about a 70% rate of being unfrozen, but I've heard many stories about TNT either ignoring members or providing other excuses not to unfreeze them.

I had no idea about this. I'm definitely going to use the french support team if/when I get frozen. Using an online translator doesn't seem like a good idea if you don't speak the language though. I'm surprised they even understood what the hell you were saying.

Not at all. She's returned my account about three times now.
All I did was just forward her the extensively detailed mails from previous times I was hacked.

Ended up having to move a lot of my pets to a side so that my account looked less desirable <_<

Does anyone know how long it should take for the English support team to reply? I am still waiting and it has been over 2 weeks now. Don't really want to try this yet.

I have only used the English forms when submitting tickets, but I guess since I can speak a little German, I should use the German form next time. :p
