I haven't started using it, but from what I understand, as long as you don't mess with the settings too much you'll be fine.

You also need to not let it run for hours at a time, because that will get you frozen, and just to be safe, stay out of stamp and magic.

Judging by a lot of people's response to using it around the forums I"d say its pretty safe. This youtube user has some good info on how to use it too

no not save to use on mains just make a side and use it there, theres always the risk of geting frozen

I would suggest not using it on a main D: TNT can freeze for anything, they even freeze legit RSers from what I've heard.
