More importantly of a counter-point though is that child pornographers will claim that they obtained the photo through a proper channel... and not illicitly. Unfortunately... that just isn't the way it works.
Once again though, people above the age were they learn about sex shouldnt be illegal at all. An 80 year old man can look at a picture of a 16 year old girl all he wants. It doesnt harm her in any way. What causes harm is when a 9 year old is introduced into sex. Looking at a picture of a 9 year old having sex/nude is not only wrong, but its bad for the kid and bad for the person looking.
Thats when the government should step in. But looking at pictures of a 16 year old girl that she took for someone, is how it should be. She made the choice to share something with someone she should not have. Hopefully she learned her lesson. Its no ones fault but her own.
But someone under 14 usually hasnt been taught about sex, and whats right and wrong yet. So they are being taken advantage of, and its also morally disgusting to want to look at someone so young. But 16 is past the age of sexual maturity, and so looking at someone with such a fine body is only natural.
I just have a problem with the age at which they deem its bad. People shouldn't be harassed because their girlfriend who they dated for 2 years had sex with them, and let them take pictures. But if their girlfriend was under 14, then they should both be punished for having sex with someone that young, and for those pictures. And the kid needs a serious talking to about what sex is, and how they should act with sex.
Sex is natural. Everyone will do it. Most girls these age will have over 10 sexual partners. But they shouldnt start out young. Because thats just going to lead to alot of abuse in their life, and alot of disease spread. IF she wants to be a whore, she can do it when shes older.
I can vouch for this. There are still photos of me floating around the internet from when i was 15-17, and there's nothing I can do about it.
Did you learn from your mistake?
