Yeah I've eaten dog biscuits before and they were ok too, if anything dog meat should probably taste better than the dry biscuits. Some of the dog meat you can buy now is pretty close to human meals anyway...

There's usually meat in Dog Food, thus those who are Vegetarians wouldn't like to eat dog food.
